Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If a delivery is refused for any reason other than a damaged product, a 20% restocking fee will be charged to the card on file. All returns after 30 days will not be accepted. If you refuse a delivery with no valid reason or for buyer's remorse, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee and will also be responsible for the return shipping charges.
THIS IS A MUST - All product(s) must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories. Otherwise additional charges may be applied or may make your product(s) non-returnable. If you refuse a delivery with no valid reason or for buyer's remorse, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus return shipment.
PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
- Custom orders - if custom orders are canceled you will charged a 50% restocking fee (i.e. products that are custom made or made-to-order).
- Special purchases including: clearance products, inventory sale products, custom quotes, special discounts, etc.
- Any product that is not in resalable condition.
- Any product not accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) issued by www.prosportsequip.com
- Any product that is not in the original box with sufficient packaging materials.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@prosportsequip.com. If your return is accepted, we will give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We've tried the Tandem Sport Target Challenger (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001O5EKVK?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details) and Spectrum Precision Volleyball Trainer (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0036EZZZW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) but this is the best and most portable one. Also very easy to setup, adjust, and take down. Very sturdy so far.

I'm able to practice a lot more using the dummy claw arm. It makes the drills as close to in-game situations as possible, with the fisher pop-up dummy claw arms. these detachable foam and vinyl arms attach to any football dummy, it help to block, hold the football, and make for more life-like drills than ever before. This dummy claw arm is also made to last. The quality is excellent. I would definitely recommend this product.
This net takes all of 10 minutes to set up and can be done by one person. It’s extremely light weight, which means when it’s set up and you decide you want to play a different outdoor game, even children can move it around the yard, or you can disassemble it pretty darn quickly. It comes with its own carrying case and is fairly sturdy considering how light and easy it is. It’s basically a half court net at full women's or men’s height. If you can put together a pop up tent, you won’t need instructions to put this together. Our friends have one in their living room (cathedral ceilings). They leave it up year round to play anytime. We keep ours in the front or back yard depending on what we want to use it for. It’s great- we highly recommend this net for all players wanting to practice outside of their home gym.
