The stringer was easy to use which made the stringing process pretty simple and effective. This mound is well constructed and was shipped quickly. Mario was extremely helpful in making sure we got the mound we wanted shipped all the way across the country. The replaceable pitching rubber will come in handy in the future. Even though this mound is heavy, two adults can move this mound on and off the field.
Some of my order was missing I sent email the customer service reply and got one of the item sent . Overall experience good customer service.
