Orders can be placed online, or can be taken over the phone with one of our helpful Customer Service Experts. We always encourage our customers to call before ordering. Our Customer Service Experts are trained industry experts, willing to go the extra mile to help you with product selection, shipping, or any question you might have. Our Experts are not paid on commission, so you can rest assured that you will never be pressured or hassled. We refuse to outsource our service to third-party call centers. We are here to help!
Mario Raymond & Co. LLC websites reserve the right to refuse or refund any order due to unforeseen circumstances, including pricing errors and online ordering errors. Customers whose orders are affected by such unforeseen circumstances will be contacted within one business day.
We ship the majority of our products direct from the manufacturer to your doorstep. This saves warehousing costs and allows us to pass on the savings to you! However, this means that your products will typically arrive without a packing invoice or receipt. Thus, the order confirmation that you receive via email serves as your official receipt. You will see your order number conveniently along the top. If you have discarded, lost, or never received your receipt, no problem; contact our helpful Customer Service Experts, and we'll be happy to send another one.
Cancelling An Order
Once the order is placed with www.prosportsequip.com we will submit an order directly to the manufacturer on your behalf. This occurs immediately after an order is placed by the customer (7 days a week). Once this step has been completed, www.prosportsequip.com and thus the customer become financially obligated to purchase the ordered merchandise from the manufacturer.
If your order has already been shipped it cannot be cancelled, but can be returned under our Return Policy. To cancel an order, please call our helpful Customer Service Experts at (866) 400-0424. Since time is of the essence, it's best to call rather than email us. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method and can take up to 72 hours to reflect on your credit card statement.
We accept several methods of payment as listed below. No matter what method you choose, we guarantee that every transaction you make on our site will be 100% secure. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Credit Cards – We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.
Checks – We are happy to accept checks. Checks need to be made out to "Mario Raymond & Co, LLC" (which is the parent company of Prosportsequip.com). Please include your order number on your check and include a copy of your receipt. Please mail your payment to: 39899 Balentine Drive, Suite 200 Newark Ca. 94560. Please be aware that orders paid for via check will not be processed until we receive the check, and the check has cleared the bank. If time is of the essence, we recommend paying via one of the other methods listed above.
Items sold and shipped to destinations inside California and Pennsylvania are subject to a standard sales tax. All orders to other states are tax-free!
Your tracking information is emailed to you when your order ships. Orders are tracked using a tracking number and the website of the delivery carrier. If you have any questions, or if your delivery seems behind schedule, our friendly Customer Service Experts are always there to help.
Occasionally due to popularity of an item, a product is placed on backorder until additional inventory is received. This happens very rarely, and when it does, you will be notified immediately by one of our Customer Service Experts.

So far so good; net working really well in yard and far better than usual Amazon type goals. This one is strong and sturdy and big enough for good target practice. Goal/net size works well for 9 year old and a yard that’s not too big.

Just wanted to let you know I took my new Combo Pitching Machine out to try it out yesterday. After working with it a bit, setting it up and making adjustments, pitching was right on and with regular 12" softballs. It's much easier to work with than my Jugs two wheel hard ball machine and not as heavy. We then set it up behind home plate to shoot fly balls for outfield practice and to my surprise they were going about 250'. So far I am more than satisfied with this machine and I thank you for your 100% complete honesty with all my previous
My son and I have truly enjoyed this pitching machine. It's great for pitching, fly balls and grounders. I recommend using pitching machine balls as traditional practice baseballs will warp going through the machine.

I just had it installed and it looks great. Delivery was easy. Worked with our existing pole and rim with the use of some plywood.
To be honest, my first review of the product was a one star because the machine was not operating at first. Mario reached out to me to help me troubleshoot. He was a huge help and stuck with me through the process to make sure we got the product working. My son and I both are enjoying the automatic feeder.
