Did your shipment arrive damaged or defective?

Please report damaged or defective merchandise to us immediately by email phone. Photos of the items and the packaging would be greatly appreciated. This will speed up our resolution process. We strongly recommend at the time of delivery, if your notice any packages that look dented, crushed or just not right, open them immediately and inspect the contents. If the contents appear to be damaged, please notate it on the delivery ticket, refuse that item only and contact us as soon as possible for instructions.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Hello Scott, there are two options for the feeder for the hack attack. You have the team feeder which will hold 150 baseballs and the solo feeder which will hold about 15 baseballs.
Can this be broken down into two pieces to travel in the back of midsize SUZ.

Hello Randy, yes, you would just need to take the legs off but it does have some weight to it. I would recommend two people always when picking it up.

Great hoop, install was super easy. Most of install can be done with 1 person. Was looking for a hoop that was going to last a long time & it came down to this one & a Goalsetter. 8x8 aluminum tubes & stainless steel put this one over the top. Hand crank height adjustments are easy & doesn’t change the depth or angle of the hoop. It’s up & down from 7-10 ft. Will be adding a second hoop in the near future on a 95x50 asphalt court.
