It was a bit challenging for me to put it together since the instructions leave out some steps but I was able to reach support immediately and they walked me through it. I am a small person but have no problem folding the trolley and getting it in my car. Bottom line is a am very happy with this product and the support

Heater balls are great for use in a pitching machine. They simulate a high spin rate fastball and reduce wear on hitter hands. The balls are durable and take punishment well. I know they're used by at least on MLB team in their development system.
Build quality and size are fine for my use. A full cart of balls in the larger size I could imagine would be a bit cumbersome to move as a full medium cart has some weight to it. Works as needed.
