Delivery Times

Did your shipment arrive damaged or defective?

Please report damaged or defective merchandise to us immediately by email phone. Photos of the items and the packaging would be greatly appreciated. This will speed up our resolution process. We strongly recommend at the time of delivery, if your notice any packages that look dented, crushed or just not right, open them immediately and inspect the contents. If the contents appear to be damaged, please notate it on the delivery ticket, refuse that item only and contact us as soon as possible for instructions.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If a delivery is refused for any reason other than a damaged product, a 20% restocking fee will be charged to the card on file. All returns after 30 days will not be accepted. Great bag at a great price

This bag is more for a youth catcher, so if you are an adult you want to get the commander cause it won’t fit everything easily. The bat storage will also only hold multiple bats if like 30” or below cause of how the side compartment is shaped. So if you have a youth catcher it is a great bag

Game changer for me

Did quite a bit of research on ball machines before I settled on the titan. Absolutely love this machine. Being able to control it from across the court is awesome.
