I contacted the carrier to find out if the mound was coming via trailer truck or liftgate truck, they told me trailer truck, and I would have to take the package off of the trailer. They missed two to delivery appointments and showed up with a liftgate truck. I had hired help to get this package off of the truck, which was now a waste of time. The product seems OK tested it out a few times, but have not used it in any games yet. I would like to see a price on ordering three more, maybe there is a discount?😉
This equipment delivered as promised. It was essentially ready to use right out of the box, with only minimal assembly. The stringer was easy to use which made the stringing process pretty simple and effective. I would recommend Pro Sports Equipment for purchasing equipment due to the ease of ordering, and the speed of delivery. I received my order within three days of the purchase.
Excellent Mound, Quick Shipping, Great Customer Service
This mound is well constructed and was shipped quickly. Mario was extremely helpful in making sure we got the mound we wanted shipped all the way across the country. The replaceable pitching rubber will come in handy in the future. Even though this mound is heavy, two adults can move this mound on and off the field.
